By accessing and using the Alphaspreadvx platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

Alphaspreadvx is a collaborative investment (crowdlending) platform that allows users to participate in real estate projects in Bolivia. We facilitate the connection between investors and real estate investment opportunities.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of Bolivia or have legal capacity to invest in the country
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Not be subject to economic sanctions or legal restrictions

User Obligations

As a platform user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform only for legal purposes
• Not engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bolivia

Investments and Risks

All investments carry risks. Alphaspreadvx does not guarantee specific returns. Users should:

• Carefully read the information of each project before investing
• Understand that they may lose part or all of their investment
• Diversify their investments according to their risk tolerance
• Consult with independent financial advisors if necessary

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned by Alphaspreadvx and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Bolivia.

Limitation of Liability

Alphaspreadvx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved through arbitration in La Paz, Bolivia, in accordance with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
